Dzeus is a telemedicine platform that allows you to make a medical consultation, receive your prescription and obtain your medications, all from the comfort and privacy of your home.

Dzeus does not replace your primary care physician. An annual physical exam is strongly recommended.

Our process is easy, convenient and 100% online. Here's how it works in four easy steps:

  1. Complete the online questionnaire and registration.
  2. One of or physicians will review your answers.
  3. If you qualify for treatment, we'll send your prescription to our pharmacy.
  4. Receive your treatment in discreet packaging, right in the comfort of your home.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters are located in Isabela, Puerto Rico, and our pharmacy operates from Barranquitas, Puerto Rico.

Can I visit your pharmacy?

Our pharmacy is not open to the public; however, all medications are shipped discreetly and securely to the comfort of your home via USPS.

How do I know that Dzeus is a real business?

Dzeus is a legally registered business in Puerto Rico. You can verify it yourself through the Puerto Rico Department of State's Registry of Corporations. Just visit the following link: https://rcp.estado.pr.gov/es/search and type “Dzeus” in the search field. There you will be able to see the official registration information, including the status of the company, its registration number and other relevant details. This is a public and reliable platform of the government of Puerto Rico to validate the existence and legality of any company on the island.

To complete the consultation, you will need to submit the following information:  ‭

How can I request a consultation?

To start a consultation, visit our Consultations page and select the option that corresponds to your condition.

How long does it take to do a consultation?

The process may take 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the questionnaire.

What happens after completing the consultation?

A physician reviews your consultation and evaluates your questionnaire. If you qualify, the doctor prescribes a treatment, and the prescription is sent directly to our pharmacy. You will then receive the medication discreetly, in the comfort of your own home.

Who are the professionals on the platform?

Dzeus has a multidisciplinary team composed of doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals with years of experience in the medical field. In addition, a team of software engineers and programmers work together to integrate technology with medicine and provide you with a service focused on your well-being.

Is it legal to prescribe medications online?

Yes, with a prescription issued by a certified physician, you can legally buy medications online. At Dzeus, we have a team of doctors and pharmacists who will evaluate your case and prescribe the most appropriate treatment for your well-being.

What are the ways to receive a consultation?

Once you complete the questionnaire, we will evaluate your case and inform you of the best way to contact you. The consultation can be done by any of the following means: message, phone call or video call, depending on what is most appropriate for your situation.

Do I need a prescription to get my treatments from Dzeus?

Yes, if you qualify for treatment, one of our doctors will issue you a prescription after completing the online consultation.

Can I use another pharmacy?

Dzeus is a pharmacy in Puerto Rico that offers excellent prices and prescription drug packages, with direct shipment to your home. If you prefer not to obtain your treatment directly from us, you can also request that your prescription be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

What do I do in case of an emergency?

Please call 911 in case of an emergency.

Who can receive care at Dzeus?

Our services are available to individuals 21 years of age and older who reside in Puerto Rico or the state of Florida and we hope to expand to other locations soon!

How much do the medications cost?

The cost depends on the type of treatment. You can check the prices of the treatments we offer at Dzeus through our Online Pharmacy page. If you want to know the price of a specific medication, you can also contact us directly and we will gladly provide you with the information.

Does Dzeus accept health insurance?

At Dzeus, our consultations and treatments are not covered by health insurance. However, we have designed our services to be accessible, convenient and easy to use for everyone.

We offer competitive pricing and a 100% online process, with no need for in-person visits. You can complete your consultation at any time and from anywhere, without prior appointments or insurance authorizations. This saves you time and gives you quick access to the care you need.

In addition, all of our treatments include discreet shipping, ensuring privacy and convenience at all times.

What services do you offer?

At Dzeus we provide 100% online medical care, without the need for appointments or health insurance. Our services include:

Orders

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also make your payment easily and securely through ATH Móvil.

How will my order be charged?

Once the consultation is completed, you will be able to choose between automatic payment or manual payment. Later on, you will be able to modify this preference, as well as the delivery frequency of your medications, from the "Prescriptions" section by accessing your account on our platform.

Can I cancel my order?

If you believe there was an error with your prescription, please contact us. We will evaluate your case and take the necessary steps to provide you with the best possible service.

Can I return a medication or request a refund for my order?

In accordance with regulatory requirements, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for prescription medications. All sales are final.

If you believe an error has occurred in the dispensing of your prescription, please contact our customer service team at support@dzeus.com or call us at (787) 333-0770, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AST), so that we may review and address the matter appropriately.

How can I order a refill of a medication?

You can request a refill of your medication quickly and easily from our platform, starting one week before your next refill date. All you need to do is log in to your account, go to the Prescriptions section, locate the medication you wish to reorder and click on Reorder. Then, follow the steps the system will prompt you to confirm your request.

If you consider that your treatment needs a medical review before the refill, you can request a follow-up consultation directly from the platform.‍

If your next refill is still more than a week away and you need to process it sooner, you can contact our Customer Service team through the online chat, by emailing us at support@dzeus.com, or by calling (787) 333-0770.

How can I manage my medication orders?

You can manage your medication orders from the "Prescriptions" page by accessing your account on our platform. There you will be able to:

  • Modify your payment preferences: choose between automatic payment or manual payment.
  • Adjust the frequency of delivery of your medications according to your needs.
  • Pause a subscription at any time, quickly and easily.

Everything is designed to give you total control over your treatments, comfortably and safely.

Shipping

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs can start as low as $3.95. However, we occasionally offer promotions that include free shipping.

When will I receive my order?

An email with the tracking number is sent to you as soon as the medication is dispatched, so that you can check where your order is. The order is usually received within 4-5 days after the consultation.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived on time?

While most orders from Dzeus ship promptly and arrive on time, occasional delays with USPS can occur due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or regional disruptions. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS, and transit times may vary. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package is significantly delayed or shows no movement for several days, please reach out to our customer service team—we're here to help.
